MORPHEUS is a dietary supplement based on magnesium bisglycinate, plant extracts, L-theanine, and Melatonin. Ashwagandha promotes relaxation and mental well-being and is useful in cases of physical and mental fatigue. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. With Melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime).

Directions for use: it is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules per day, preferably 1 or 2 hours before bedtime, with a glass of water.
